Return Policy 

Hi there! Thank you for your purchase with IMAKA! I hope you enjoy your product as much as we enjoy your service. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we've provided a few helpful guidelines below.


  • We only accept returns and exchanges upon approval.

  • If an exchange is approved, customer will be responsible for shipping the return order. We recommend obtaining tracking for your return.

  • All merchandise must be either unopened, unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for exchange or return.

  • Any item(s) mailed to us without approval will be returned.

  • After return order is received , we'll issue store credit or a replacement item of equal or lesser value.


We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted because it is worn or not in perfect condition due to wear or use, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be granted.

*If your order is not perfect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing ( with your order number in the subject. Please include a picture of the damaged item. Defective items will be promptly replaced.


  • All orders are standard shipping 2-8 Business Days via USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • Please allow up to 3 days of processing.

  • Currently only shipping within the United States
